I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, offering once-weekly counselling to adult clients (18+).  I provide a confidential, warm and secure therapeutic space, in which we can explore together what may be troubling you.  I work in comfortable therapy rooms in central Bath, with parking nearby.

I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, two of the UK’s main psychotherapy training and registering bodies.  This involved completion of a rigorous dual-accredited training as well as the requirement for personal therapy, meaning that I have my own experience of what it’s like to be sitting in your chair.

About Me

  • Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, WCP

  • Sessional counsellor / intake worker, Frome-based counselling agency

  • Personal tutor on Foundation programme, WCP

  • Foundation Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills & Attitudes, WCP

I adhere to working within the BPC’s robust Standards of Conduct, Practice and Ethics (2025) and the BACP’s Ethical Framework (2018). Under these ethical standards I have regular, confidential clinical supervision and also undertake appropriate CPD for ongoing learning.
